Kwayoyin gwanda na da ƙarfi sosai wajen kashe ƙwari masu rayuwa a cikin HANJI domin Suna ɗauke da sinadari mai suna carpain wanda ke kashe ƙwayoyin cuta irin su tsutsotsi da amoebas.
Wannan yana sa su zama magani na halitta ga cututtuka na ciki ba tare da amfani da magungunan sinadarai masu tsanani ba.
Yadda Yake Aiki:
(1)Yana kashe ƙwari da ke cikin hanji kamar su tsutsotsi.
(2)Yana wanke hanji da inganta lafiyar hanji gaba ɗaya.
(3)Yana rage alamomin cututtukan ƙwari kamar ciwon ciki da gajiya.

(2) YANA TAIMAKAWA LAFIYAR HANTA
An yi imani cewa kwayoyin gwanda na da ikon tsarkakewa wanda ke taimakawa wajen tsaftace da kuma kare hanta. Wannan na da amfani musamman ga masu yawan shan giya ko waɗanda ke fuskantar guba daga gurɓatattun abubuwa. Kwayoyin na taimakawa wajen fitar da guba daga jiki da kuma taimakawa farfaɗowar hanta.
Yadda Yake Aiki:
(1)Yana tsarkake hanta da fitar da guba, yana taimakawa aikin hanta.
(2)Yana taimaka wa hanta ta farfaɗo, musamman bayan cutarwa daga guba.
(3)Yana kare hanta daga cututtuka kamar cirrhosis da fatty liver.
YADDA AKE SHA :
A ɗauki kimanin ƙwaya 5 zuwa 6 na gwanda Wanda ya bushe Sannan aka nika, a sha da ruwa ko ruwan lemu sau ɗaya a rana.
(3)YANA TAIMAKAWA WAJEN RAGE QIBA
Kwayoyin gwanda na iya taimakawa wajen kula da nauyin jiki. Suna taimakawa wajen daidaita aikin narkar da Abinci wato (metabolism) da kuma hana jiki tara kitsen da ya wuce kima, wanda ke sauƙaƙa kiyaye lafiyayyen nauyi. Hakanan kuma yawan fiber ɗin da ke cikinsu na hana jin yunwa da rage ci da yawa.
Yadda Yake Aiki:
(1)Yana daidaita metabolism, yana taimaka wa jiki ƙone kitsen da sauri.
(2)Yana hana ci da yawa ta hanyar ba da jin cikawa cikin sauƙi.
(3)Yana rage yawan kitsen da jiki ke sha, yana taimakawa wajen kula da kiba.
YADDA AKE SHA:
A markada kwayoyin gwanda sannan a haɗa da ruwan ɗumi, a sha kafin cin abinci don taimakawa rage kiba.
(4)YANA INGANTA LAFIYAR QODA
Kwayoyin gwanda na taimakawa lafiyar koda ta hanyar taimakawa wajen fitar da guba daga jiki da rage haɗarin kamuwa da cututtukan koda. Suna taimakawa wajen fitar da sinadarai masu cutarwa da kuma hana samuwar duwatsun koda.
Yadda Yake Aiki:
Yana fitar da guba daga koda, yana taimaka mata su yi aiki yadda ya kamata.
Yana hana samuwar duwatsun koda ta hanyar rage tarkacen sinadarai da ke taruwa.
Yana kare koda daga cututtuka, yana kiyaye lafiyar koda da ƙarfinta.
YADDA AKE SHA :
A sha kaɗan daga cikin kwayar gwanda da aka busar, ko dai a cikin ruwan sha ko a haɗa cikin smoothies.
(5)YANA KULA DA LAFIYAR FATA (SKIN)
Antioxidants da sinadarai masu amfani da ke cikin kwayoyin gwanda na da amfani ga fata. Suna yaƙi da sinadarai masu lalata fata (free radicals) da rage kumburi, wanda ke sa fata ta kasance lafiya kuma mai kyalli. Ana kuma iya amfani da su don rage kuraje, tabo, da sauran matsalolin fata idan an shafa su a waje.
Yadda Yake Aiki:
Yana rage kuraje da tabo ta hanyar tsarkake jiki da rage kumburi.
Yana sa fata ta yi kyalli ta hanyar samar da antioxidants masu taimakawa lafiyar fata.
Yana rage alamun tsufa kamar layin fuska da runtsatsin fata ta hanyar kare fata daga ɓarna.
Yadda Ake Amfani da Shi (na Waje): A markada kwayar gwanda sannan a haɗa da zuma ko gel na aloe vera, sai a shafa a fuska a matsayin ruwan fuska (face mask) na minti 10 zuwa 15 kafin a wanke.
