AMFANIN FUREN AYABA (Banana Blossom) GUDA 7 GA LAFIYA 

Furen ayaba, wanda ake Kira da"zuciyar ayaba" wato (banana heart), shi ne babban fure mai siffar hawaye da launin shunayya da ke ƙarshen rassan ayaba. Ko da yake ana yawan amfani da shi a girke-girken qasar Asiya,
Domin yana cike da gina jiki da amfani na magani, wanda ke sa ya zama ɗaya daga cikin abincin da ya fi amfani—musamman ga masu shekaru masu matsakaici da tsofaffi.

Ga dalilai guda 7 da yasa ya kamata furen ayaba ya zama ɓangare na abincinka:

(1) Yana Kula da Lafiyar Zuciya:
Furen ayaba yana da yalwar sinadaran antioxidants, magnesium da potassium—wadanda ke taimakawa wajen daidaita hawan jini da rage haɗarin cututtukan zuciya. Musamman Ga tsofaffi,
