AMFANIN ALBASA MAI LAWASHI


Wasu daga cikin dalilan da zasu saka ki amfani da lawashin albasa a yayin girke-girke na yau da kullum. 

Akwai fa'idodi masu yawa da suke kunshe a cikin lawashin albasa.
Wandanda suka hada da:

Yana dauke da arzikin sinadarai masu yaki da kwayoyin cuta "antioxidants":

Daya daga cikin amfanin lawashin albasa shi ne cewa yana dauke da nau'ikan antioxidants masu yawa wadanda ke taimakawa wajen kare kwayoyin halitta (cell) daga lalacewa a sanadin free radicals, wadanda kan iya haifar da Kumburi ko ciwon daji.
Daga cikin antioxidants din da ake samu a cikin lawashin albasa akwai polyphenols, ko flavonoids.

Ƙarfafa Garkuwar Jiki:

Cin lawashin albasa yana taimakawa wajen rage kamuwa da cututtuka, yana kara karfin garkuwar jiki, yana taimakawa wajen kara samar da sinadaran garkuwar jiki (antibodies), sannan yana dauke da sinadarin Vitamin C, wanda ke karfafa garkuwar jiki.
Sannan kuma Lawashin Albasa yana taimakawa wajen kashe kwayoyin cututtuka iri daban-daban kamar su viruses, bacteria da fungi.

Inganta lafiyar zuciya:

Ɗaya daga cikin fa'idodin lawashin albasa shine yana taimakawa rage haɗarin cututtukan zuciya, kamar yawan cholesterol mai cutarwa.
Vitamin K da ake samu a cikin lawashin albasa shima yana taimakawa wajen inganta lafiyar zuciya da rage cututtukan zuciya. 

Taimakawa wajen rage kiba:

Lawashin albasa yana ƙunshe da adadin mai yawa na fiber da kuma adadi kadan na calories. 
Fiber yana taimakawa wajen saka mutum yaji ya koshi.

Lawashin Albasa yana dauke da sinadiran gina jiki masu yawa da jikin mutum yake bukata, don haka daga cikin amfanin lawashin albasar shi ne yana taimakawa wajen rage kiba ga masu son yin hakan.

Inganta lafiyar kashi:

Vitamin K yana taimakawa wajen inganta lafiyar kasusuwa da kuma kara ƙarfafa shi, yayin da yake taimakawa wajen samar da protein din da ake bukata don sarrafa sinadarin calcium a cikin kasusuwa.

Cin lawashin albasa na iya taimakawa wajen rage hadarin cutar osteoporosis.
