Amfanin Za'afaran (saffron) guda 5 masu ban mamaki.

Za'afaran na daya daga cikin sinadaran girki (spices) mafi tsada a duniya saboda yana da wahalar girbi sannan kuma yana da buƙatar aiki mai yawa wajen samar dashi.

Za'afaran yana ƙunshe da Nutritional properties masu yawa da chemicals waɗanda ke bawa jiki kariya daga cututtuka.

Menene amfanin Za'afaran ta fannin lafiya?

■ Yana Inganta Garkuwar Jiki:

Ko da yake kuna iya tunanin cewa ana amfani da Za'afaran ne kadai kawai don kara dandano a cikin nau'o'in abinci daban-daban.

Bugu da ƙari, yana kara yawan samar da collagen, wanda ke taimakawa wajen warkar da rauni, girman tsoka, gyara jijiyoyin jini, da samar da tissues.
