Shin ya kyautu a cire bawon kokwamba kafin a ci?

Mutane da dama suna tunanin cewa kana buƙatar cire bawon cucumber na waje lokacin shirya shi don kwado, cikin abinci da sauran guraren da ake amfani dashi.

Zance na gaskiya shine yana da kyau a bar bawo a jikin kokwamba.

Bawon kokwamba shine inda ake adana yawancin Vitamins da abubuwan gina jiki da aka samu a cikin wannan babban abincin.

Kokwamba yana ƙunshe da babban kaso na vitamin K, wanda ke da muhimmanci wajen taimakawa jini ya tsaya yayin da akaji rauni (blood coagulation). 

Cucumber kuma yana dauke da sinadarin vitamin A da vitamin C, wanda ke taimakawa wajen kiyaye lafiyar fata, gani, aikin jijiyoyi, da lafiyar kashi.

Cucumber kuma yana ƙunshe da lafiyayyen kaso na sinadarai masu yawa, waɗanda suka haɗa da phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, da potassium.
Wadannan sinadarai guda hudu suna da matukar muhimmanci ga lafiya, wadanda suka hada da lafiyar kashi,inganta garkuwar jiki, da karfafa zuciya.

Idan kuka cire bawon kokwamba, akwai yuwuwar za ku rasa yawancin amfanin sa.
