Ƙwai na da matuƙar muhimmanci da ƙara lafiya ga yara da manya, mata da maza amma a wannan darasin za mu duba amfanin Ƙwai ne ga yara.
Ƙwai na ɗauke da sinadarorin Vitamin A, B12, D, B6 wanda ke taimakawa wajen ƙara ƙarfin karfin garkuwar jikin yara musamman ƴan kasa da shekaru 5.
1. Dafaffen Ƙwai na buɗe ƙwaƙwalwar yaro ta yadda ya kan taimakawa yaro ya zama mai kaifin ƙwaƙwalwa.
