Wasu daga cikin abinci da abin sha waɗanda yakamata ku gujewa don yaƙar ƙishirwa a lokacin azumin Ramadan. 

■ Gishiri: Cin abinci mai dauke da gishiri mai yawa yana haifar da riƙe ruwa, wanda hakan ke jawo yawan ƙarin buƙatar ruwa a cikin jiki.

Don haka ana son a guji zuba gishiri mai yawa a cikin abinci, sannan kuma a nisanci wadanda suke dauke gishiri mai yawa.

Ana ba da shawarar a maye gurbin gishiri da lemun tsami kadan.

■ Sinadaran dandanon Girki: Cin abinci mai dauke da sinadarin dandanon girki masu yawan gaske ko kayan kamshi, suna buƙatar shan ruwa mai yawa bayan cin su, domin suna tsotse ruwa daga jiki yayin cin abinci da narkar da su, wanda hakan kan haifar da jin ƙishirwa.

Don haka yakama mai azumi ya guji cin wadannan abinci, ko kuma kada ya zuba su da yawa a abinci musamman ma wanda za'a ci lokacin sahur.

■ Soft drinks: Soft drinks suna ɗauke da carbon, wanda ke sa mutum yaji ya koshi da kuma haifar da kumburin ciki, sannan kuma yana hana mutun shan wasu abubuwan sha.
Don haka dole ne mutum ya nisanci shansu a cikin watan Ramadan, musamman lokacin buda baki.

■ Abubuwan kara kuzari: Abubuwan kara kuzari kamar lemuka, shayi da coffee na dauke da wani sinadarin wanda ake kira Caffeine, wanda ke kara yawan ayyukan koda da yawan fitar fitsari daga jiki, wanda hakan kuma yana kara yawan ruwan da jiki ke rasawa. Don haka ana so a rage amfani dasu a lokacin azumi.

Hanyoyin da za'a bi don yaƙar ƙishirwa a cikin watan azumin Ramadan.

Akwai hanyoyi da dama da ake bi don saukaka ƙishirwa a cikin ramadan, Ana bada shawarar yin amfani da wadannan hanyoyi:

■ Ana ba da shawarar shan aƙalla kofuna 8 na ruwa a rarrabe tsakanin lokacin buda baki da sahur, da kuma yawan shan ruwa bayan kun motsa jiki, saboda jiki yana rasa ruwa mai yawa ta hanyar yin zufa.

■ Ana ba da shawarar a guji shan ruwa mai yawa a lokaci ɗaya, ko lokacin da ake cin abinci.

■ Ana son a rarraba lokutan shan ruwa ya zama lokaci bayan lokaci da kuma tsakanin cin abinci.

■ Yana iya yiwuwa mutum ya jinkirta yin sahur domin samun sauqin kishin ruwa a lokacin azumi. 

■An so mai azumi ya nisanta kansa da shiga hasken rana kai tsaye na tsawon lokaci.
