AMFANIN MASARA A JIKIN ƊAN ADAM. 

Masara dai wani nau'in abinci ne wadda kusan duk duniya ake amfani da ita a nau'uka da dama na abinci, wacce ke ƙunshe da tarin amfani da fa'idoji wajen kyautata lafiyar mutane. 

Ga wasu daga cikin amfanin Masara. 

  1. Kula da lafiyar zuciya da kuma daidaita zagayawar jini a jikin mutum.
    Yawan kayan amfanin da ke cikin masara suna taimakawa wajen rage 'cholestrol' wato kitse mara amfani a jikin mutum, baiwa zuciya kariya da kuma daidaita yanayin jini a jikin mutum. 

2. Yaƙar ciwon Kansa (cancer). 
   Bincike ya tabbatar da cewa Masara tana ɗauke da sinadaran da ke yaƙi da cutar kansa kuma tana taimakawa wajen hana cigaban yaɗuwar ciwon kansa zuwa sauran sassan jiki. 

3. Kyautata fatar jiki da gashi da kuma gyara jiki gaba ɗaya. 
    Masara na ɗauke da 'vitamins' da 'minerals' kamar su iron, calcium, phosphorus, da magnesium. Haka nan tana ɗauke da vitamins B, E, A, da PP, waɗanda ke da amfani ga gashin jiki da fata da kuma gyara sauran sassan jiki. 

4. Ƙara lafiyar idanu. 
   Samuwar sinadaran 'lutein' da kuma 'zeaxanthin' acikin masara yana ba da gudunmawa wajen kyautata lafiyar idanu da ƙara ƙarfin gani.

5. Daidaita nauyin jiki. 
   Cin masara ko saka ta acikin abinci na taimakawa wajen daidaita nauyin jikin mutum saboda sinadarin 'fiber' da ta ke ɗauke da shi. 

    Kada a manta, ana iya sarrafa masar a nau'ukan abinci kala-kala kamar gurguru, tuwon masara, dambu, kokon masara, ɗan malele, dafaffiyar masara, gasashshiyar masara, da dai sauransu.

   Idan da akwai wani magani ko abinci da kuke so mu yi muku bincike akan fa'idarsa da amfaninsa sai ku rubuta mana a wajen comment.
