AMFANIN DAWA WAJEN ƘARA LAFIYA.

Dawa ita ce abinci kusan na biyar da aka fi nomawa a duniya bayan sha'ir, shinkafa, alkama da masara. 
  Dawa na taka muhimmiyar rawa wajen zama abincin mutane da kuma samar da lafiya.

   Ga wasu daga cikin amfanin Dawa. 

1. Dawa kayan gina jiki ce. 
   Rabin-rabin kofi ɗaya na garin Dawa na ɗauke da aƙalla
     - Calories 163
     -Protein giram 5
     - Fat giram 2
     - Carbohydrates giram 36
     - Fiber giram 3 
   sannan kuma Dawa wata matattara ce ta sinadarin 'iron' wanda zai iya zama kashi 12 bisa ɗari na abinda jikinka ke bukata a kullum. 
   Duk da haka akwai sauran sinadarai masu amfani da ake samu acikin Dawa kamar potassium, niacin, thiamine, vitamin B6, phosphorous, manganese, da kuma magnesium.

2. Maganin bugawa ko lalacewar abinci. 
   
Dawa cike ta ke da 'phenolic compounds' wanda ya ke hana wari ko bugawar abinci ko kayan amfani. 

   3- Yaƙi da cutar Kansa (Cancer).
   A cikin Dawa da akwai sinadaran da ke yaƙar cutar kansa waɗanda ke faɗa da kansar mama, wato ciwon nono.  
      
 4- Rage ƙiba ko nauyi mara amfani. 
  'Starch' da ke cikin Dawa yana da wahalar narkewa ajikin mutum, ba kamar na sauran kayan abinci ba, don haka haɗa Dawa acikin abinci na sa wa mutum ya ji ya yi saurin ƙoshi, ba tare yai ta narkawa cikinsa abinci mai sa ƙiba ba. 

5. Taimakawa lafiyar zuciya da sau ran sassan jiki. 
   Dawa na taimakawa lafiyar zuciya, lafiyar gaɓoɓin narkar da abinci, lafiyar ƙasusuwa, lafiyar fatar jiki da kuma samarwa jiki kuzari. Tana ƙarfafa garkuwar jiki, rage nauyi mai cutarwa da kuma taimakawa lafiyar idanu wajen gani.

   Gaskiya dai Dawa ta fi yawancin kayan abinci amfani a jikin mutum. Don haka ya kamata ya zama ka sanya Dawa acikin jerin kayan abincinka na yau da kullum ko kuma a dinga haɗa ma ka da ita wajen dafa abinci kamar tuwo, koko, kunu, dambu da dai sauransu.
