Nau'ikan Abinci Da Ke Rage Sha'awa Ga Ma'aurata:
Ba shakka akwai kyakkyawar alaka tsakanin abincin da mu ke ci da kuma lafiyarmu,hakanan lafiyarmu na da kyakkyawar alaka da yadda sha'awarmu ke motsawa kuma mu ke iya gamsar da iyalinmu.
Yana da kyau mutum ya san yadda zai tsara abincin da yake ci yau da kullum, sannan ya nacewa cin abinci mai gina jiki don samarwa da jikinsa cikakkiya lafiya da kuzari har ya iya biyan bukatar matan aurensa. Hakanan cin abinci barkatai kuma wanda ba ya kunshe da sanadarai masu gina jiki, ko kuma yana dauke da wasu sanadarai masu illa ga jiki to lalle zai haddasawa jikin illa kuma ya hanawa mai gida katabus yayin jima'i da iyali.
Mai karatu zai ga ko da yaushe mun nace da zancen abinci game da zamantakewar aure, ba wani abu yasa hakan ba sai dai saboda irin bincike da aka gudanar kuma har yanzu ake kan gudanarwa akan alakar lafiyar jikinmu da abincin da mu ke ci yau da kullum.
Tun da farko dai muna kyautata zaton mai karatu ya kwan da sanin cewa, daga abincin da mu ke ci ne, mu ke samun ingantacciyar lafiya da kuzari. Kuma rashin abincin mai inganci ya kan nakasa mutum har ka ji ana cewa yunwa ta huda shi.

Don haka dole ne mu fahimci cewa a cikin abincin da muke ci akwai wadanda ke rage sha'awa ga ma'aurata sakamakon canjin da su ke haifarwa jiki. Misali duk abinci mai maiko da yawa, ko mai yawan gishiri, ko masu zaki da yawa, kan dakushe sha'awa ga ma'aurata.
Ganin amfanin wannan mas'ala mu ka ga dacewar zayyana ire-iren wadannan abinci don ma'aurata su nisance su.
1. Abincin Da Aka Sarrafa.

2. Sukari.

4. Abincin Gwangwani.
Nau'in abincin da ake sarrafawa sannan a zuba shi a gwangwani na haifar da matsala ga ma'aurata ta fuskar sha'awa da gamsar da juna.
Ba komai ke haddasa hakan ba, sai don bayan rage masa sanadarai masu muhimmanci wajen gina jiki, hakanan ana sanya wasu sanadarai don gudun ya lalace.
Wadannan dalilai yasa ake baiwa ma'aurata shawarar rage cin ire-iren wadannan abinci.
5. Kayan Sha Na Gwangwani.
Wadannan nau'inkan abinci na da kamanceceniya da sukari, sai dai inda su ka sha bambam shine, su wadannan an sarrafa su, sannan kuma aka sa musu sanadaran da za su hana su lalacewa, kamar dai kayan abinci da aka sarrafa aka sa cikin gwangwani.
6. Kayan Toye-toye.
Su wadanan sun hada da irin su cincin, fanke, alkubus, da dai sauran nau'ikan wannan abinci. Su wadannan nau'ikan abinci suna hana jikinmu samun damar ribanyar wasu sanadaran halitta da ke da matukar muhimmanci ga ma'aurata yayin jima'i "testosterone" da kuma "estrogen" da turanci.
Bincike ya nuna a duk lokacin da aka ce wadannan sanadaran halitta sun yi kasa, to ba shakka hakan kan shafi yanayin sha'awa da kuma gamsar da juna.
7. Tabar Wiwi.
