Muhimmancin tufa ( Apple ) Ga Lafiyar Dan Adam:

Tufa (Apple) nada mutukar amfani ga lafiyar dan adam. Tufa na daya daga cikin “yayan itaciya na kayan marmari wadda take dauke da sunadarai masu mutukar muhimmanci ga bunkasa lafiyar dan adam.
