Bismillahi wassalatu wassalamu ala rasulullah, khusbara yana dauke da sinadarai masu matukar mahimmanci ga lafiyar dan adam don haka wasu kasashe irinsu india suka maidashi abincinsu na yau da kullum .
KADAN DAGA CIKIN AMFANINSA.
* Yana magance dukannin cutar da ta shafi fata irinsu tau-tau,kefsi,kanzuwa,pimples,kaikaiyin jiki da sauransu.
YADDA AKE AMFANI DASHI :Sai asamu garin khusbara kwaba da zuma ashafe jiki dashi bayan minti 15 sai a wanke haka za'a rinkayi har tsawon sati guda.

*Yana ciwon suga (diabities) idan na kijikashi da ruwa litre daya ashanye ayini daya ana fara shansa kafin a karya haka bayan an karya har litre dayan ya kare.
*Yana kashe kwayoyin cuta kowani iri (bacteria) sai ayi yajin garinsa ko kuma ahada garinsa da curry arinka cinsa a abinci ko sallad.
