ISTIMNA'I (MASTURBATION).
Insha Allah bayan rubutu kan lesbians,yau kuma gani dauke da rubutu game da Istimna'i wanda dama shine kan layi bayan wancan amma wasu abubuwa suka tsaida ni,sai cikin kwana biyunnan complain yai yawa na kokawar da wasu yan'uwa ke kawowa game da wasu cututttuka da suke fama dasu amma anyi maganin anyi amma shiru malam yaci shirwa.
Wallahi hankalina yai matukar tashi da naga cewa duk sadda aka zomin da wannan complain inna bincika zan samu cewa sakamakon Istimna'i matasan mu ke kamuwa da wadannan cututtukan.
Dan haka nai kokarin karrasa bincike na dan fiddo mana abubuwan da dayawan mu kanmu a duhu yake game da hakan,musamman zamu tsinci kanmu cikin mugayen cututtuka marasa jin magani amma baza mu taba kawoma rayuwar mu ga abunda yake hadda sa mana hakan ba.
In sha Allah. a cikin rubutunne in kuna biye dani zan kawo abubuwa kamar haka:
1. Ma'anar istimna'i(masturbation)?.
2. Me ke kawo hakan ga matasanmu?.
3. Mene bayanin Malamai/likitoci game da hakan?.
4. Wane irin hadari yake haifarwa ga rayuwar masu aikatashi?.
5. Shin akwai Maganin cututtukan da hakan ke haifarwa?.
6. Menene Magani mafi inganci?.
In Sha Allah zaku jini da wadannan abubuwa dana lissafo,amma zan Fara da daya a yanzu.
ISTIMNA'I
Menene ISTIMNA'I?.
Istimna'i : Wata hanyace da namiji ko mace suke amfani dan biya ma kansu buqata a yayin da sha'awa ta motso musu. Maza kanyi amfani da wasu abubuwa dan ganin sun gamsar da kawunan su har sun fitar da maniyyi,a bangaren matan ma dai haka abin yake.Istimna'i bai tsaya a tsakanin marasa aure ba kawai,a'a ya hada harda wasu cikin masu aure,ta inda zaka sami namiji ya jajirce shi dole sai da hannu yake so matarsa tai masa abubuwa kawai, kada kuce irin yan saqo yake bukata kafin jima'i a'a shi wannan da zata mai kawai ya isar ita kuma ya barta ko oho. Haka ma ga mata,wata ita kam in dai ba hannu mijin zai sa mata ba to ta hakura dashi,a firar da nai da wata kan dalilin san hakan bayan kawo min kukan yawar barewar ciki da take,sannan sai mu dade da ita a net muna surutu ince waike baki zuwa gurin me gidanki kina nan kin bar mutum can,sai tace ita babu abinda zata mai,nace atleast yana bukatar kulawarki kota firace tace ita sunyi fada ma saboda tsoron shi take,gaskiya bata son yin jima'i dashi shi kuma sai dai inyaga randa zai baci sai yai mata abinda take so,nace me kike so? 2. Sadaki: Yace yanzu da wuya ka sami budurwar da za'a ce sadakinta dubu sha biyar ko ashirin sai dai dai,mutum baida wata kwakwkwarar sana'a in yai dubin maganar sadaki ga lefe yaga cewa bafa nan za'a tsaya ba akwai wasu kananan al'adun dole sai ya hakura har sai ya tara.Nayi mai tambayar kana ga wannan dalilin ya isa jefa mutum haka? Yace kwarai kuwa,ai tunda kasan baka da kudi baza ka tattago aure ba,sannan kila kana da tsoron aikata zina ganin wannan ya fita sauki da kaje kayita ai gara kayi wannan din.
3. Rashin auren wuri: idan mutum ya dauki wadan can dalilan suna iya kawo mai jinkiri, sannan akwai masu matsalar iyaye,suna son auren amma wani buri na iyayen ya hana su basu dama,sannan su kuma bazasu iya zina ba,sai suga wannan hanya ta fi musu sauki.
4. Yawaitar ababen yada fasadi.
5. Dogon buri.
6. Tsananta binciken bangarorin juna yayin neman aure,hakan zai iyasa matsala ta bullo wadda zata tsawaita lokacin auren ko fasashi bayan masoyan sun kusanto da sha'awarsu.
7. Zurfafa soyayya,ko yawaita kalaman motso sha'awa tsakanin masoya kafin aure.
Abinda keban mamaki game damu a yanzu, hakika iyaye na taka muhimmiyar rawa gurin faruwar hakan... lefe fa al'adane, sannan Sadaki mafi qaranci yafi kawo albarkar aure, yawancin aure sukan mutu saboda almubazzarancin da ake a ciki, duk saboda addini ya saukaka dan kada haka ta dunga faruwa har bashi ake baka aure (ajalan), sannan munji auren da Manzan Allah (S.A.W) yace da Sahabin bayan ya fahimci baida komi yaje ya koyar da matar koda Fatiha ne a matsayin Sadaki, sannan Ummu Sulaim karbar musulunci ya zama Sadakinta.To, don me zamu ke zafafa al'amurran da addini ya kawo mana hanyoyi birjik dan samun sauki?.
BAYANAN MALAMAI GAME DA ISTIMNA'I
Bayanan malaman mazhabobi game da maganar Istimna'i.
Bayani yazo daga Sayyid Sabiq a littafin sa Fiqhul Sunnah (Cairoed 1987) vol.2 p.581...583. Yace: "Istimna'i yana bata dabi'a da tarbiyyar dake tattare da dan Adam" sannan yace: "Malaman Fiqhu sun samu sabani wajen bayanin matsalar, wasu sun tafi kan cewa haramun ne mutlaqan, wasu sunce haramunne a wasu matsalolin sannan zasu iya wajabta a wasu (Wajib). A yayin da wasu suka ce ai Istimna'i makaruhi ne."
Daga malaman da suka haramta istimna'i kai tsaye sune yan, Malikis, Shafi'is da kuma Zaidis. Hujjarsu kuwa kan haramtawar shine fadar Allah a cikin suratul muminun aya ta biyar zuwa ta bakwai cewa:
"5- Kuma wadanda suke ga farjojinsu masu tsarewa ne
6-Face a kan matan aurensu, ko abinda hannayen damansu suka mallaka, to lalle su ba wadanda ake zargi bane
7- Saboda haka wanda ya nemi abinda ke bayan wancan to wadannan sune masu qetare haddi."
To, ni dai daliba ce amma na fahimci cewa ayoyin na nuni ga cewa lalle ne ya kamata mu tsare farjinmu, saiga abinda hannun dama suka mallaka misalin mata ai halal ne ko kuma baiwa, inko ka aikata wani abu da farjinka da ba wadannan ba to, hakika ka shiga cikin masu ketare haddi.
Don haka ne su Malaman suke ganin abinda yafi ga mutum kawai yabi abinda Allah ya halasta mai ya kaura daga wanda aka haramta koda kuwa da kokwanto ne. Domin manzan Allah (S.A.W) yace: "Da'a ma yuribuka ila ma la yuribuka.... Kabar abinda kake kokwanto ya zuwa wanda baka kokwanto."
Hannafis... Su kuma sun tafi ne akan cewa, eh sun yadda haram ne amma haramcin zai karfafa ne akan wasu a yayin da wasu zasu sami uzuri, saboda suna ga da mutum ya aikata Zina ai gara yai istimna'in yafi mai sauki... Amma duk da haka sunce haramci yana kan wanda kawai zai aikata shine dan jin dadi.
Amma sassaucin zai hau kan wanda baida aure ne, yanayi kafin yasan illar abun amma daya sani ya kamata yayi kokarin kiyayewa.
Sai Mazhabar Imam Ahmad bin Hambal, Hambalis. Suma dai sunce haramunne sai dai in anyi ne dan tseratar da kai daga fadawa harkar zinace zinace, ko tsoron wani abu da zai cutar da lafiya ga marasa aure kuma ba halin yi anyi mai rangwame.
Wannan bayani kai tsaye ne ga maza da mata.

Al..ala Ibn Ziyad Ibn Matar(d.94) yace: wannan yardajjen abu ne wanda mukayi a sansanonanmu,wanda Muhammad Ibn Bashshar Al Abdi ya sanar damu cewa Mu'adh Ibn Hisham Yace: Yaji daga babansa daga qatada daga al..ala: al Hassan al Basri, Al.dahhak Ibn Muzahin da mutane masu yawa a tare dasu yace: Ibn Abbas Yace: Yafi sauki da mutum ya aikata zina alhali yana da aure ko beda shi, amma Auren baiwa yafi alkhairi daga aikata hakan.
Anas Ibn Malik Yace: Duk wanda ya aikata wannan aiki sam bai hallataba wanda munji haka daga al rabi.
Sannan ga wadanda suka dau abinda Imam Shafi'i yace..Lallai sun dauko ayyukansu daga Fadin Allah(s.w.a).cewa: 'Alladhinahum li furujihum hafizun'.
"Kuma wadanda suke ga farjojinsu masu tsarewa ne"...sai aya ta shida da bakwai da ke cewa: "face akan matan aurensu ,ko kuwa abinda hannayen damansu suka mallaka, to lallai su ba wad'anda ake zargi bane"....saboda haka wanda ya nemi abinda ke bayan wancan to wad'annan sune masu k'etare haddi".
Anan dai abinda ake so a nuna lallai fa mata da baiwa sune ke da ko kake da damar gamsar da kanka ta hanyar su..duk wani abu sabanin haka to bai hallata ka aikata shi ba.
Qarashen bayanin malamai,zuwa ga na likitocin inda insha Allah zamu gangara ya zuwa cututtukan da hakan ke haifarwa sannan mu duba magungunan da ya dace ga masu wannan aiki. Masu istimna sukan kasance cikin qunci da rashin jin dadi ta ko wace fuska ta cudanya da sab'on Allah da suke,dan haka basu da wata nutsuwa. Malaman da suka tafi akan haramcin istimna'i wanda kuma sune mafi rinjaye ta hanyar qwararan hujjoji da suka kawo daga ayar alqur'ani zuwa ga hadithin manzan Allah(S.a.w) sune:
1. Imam Malik bn Anas
2. Muhammad Ibn Idris Ash..shafi'i
3. Abu Hanifa an..Nu'uman
4. Ibn Katheer
5. Al..qurtubi.
Sun sake kafa Hujja da Hadithan Annabi(s.a.w) inda yake cewa : "Yaku taron samari ko matasa duk wanda yake da halin aure yayi ,saboda yana saukar da ido daga kallon haram sannan tsari ne ga farji, wanda beda hali yayi azumi dan yana rage kaifin sha'awa".
Da haka wadannan manyan malamai suke ganin lallai inda wani sauki ga wanda ba zai iya azumi ba idan har saukin shine yin istimna'i to kam da baiyi shiru da bakinshi ba. Sannan wasu malaman daga cikin su sun kawo hujjoja daga hadithin Hassan Bin Arfah wanda yace,Manzan Allah(s.a.w) Yace: "Mutane bakwai Allah ba zai kalle su ba ranar alkiyama,ba zasuji kamshin aljanna ba yan wuta ne sai dai ga wanda ya tuba;
1. Wanda yake gamsar da kansa (istimna'i).
2. Wanda yake luwadi.
3. Wanda akeyi da shi.
4. Mashayin giya.
5. Wanda yake cutar da iyayensa.
6. Wanda yake cutar da maqota.
7. Wanda ke zina da matar maqocinsa.
(Ibn katheer vol.5 p 458) Hadhrat Anas(RA) yace: Manzan Allah (s.a.w ) yace: "Wanda yake gamsar da kansa tsinanne ne". (Tafseer mazhari vol.12 p 94).
Attaa (RA) Yace: 'za'a tada wasu mutane a ranar qiyama Hannun su na dauke da ciki, yana tunanin sune masu istimna'i'....
To Yan'uwa in kuna biye dani in sha Allah zamu ji cututtukan da istimna'i ke haifarwa.
CUTUTTUKAN DA ISTIMNA'I KE HAIFARWA
1.Yana haifar da mazanancin ciwan ciki ga maza da mata.
2.Yana kashe maraina.
3. Yana shafar lafiyar jijiyoyin da suke da alaqa da fitar maniyyi.
4. Yana sa jin zafin fitar fitsari.
5. Yana rage qarfin namiji da mace wajan kwanciya.
6.Yana sa kankancewar gaba.
7.Yana sa saurin fitar maniyyi.
8. Yana sa tsinkewar maniyyi.
9. Yana haddasa ciwan daji.
10. Yana jawo aljanu.
11. Yana kawo ciwan qashin gadan baya.
12. Yana hana haihuwa.
13. Yana kawo qurajen gaba masu wuyar magani.
14. Yana rage kaifin kwakwalwa.
15. Yana rage kaifin gani.
16, Yana sa karkarwar jiki.
17. Yana sa rashin nutsuwa da kuncin zuciya.
18. Yana kawo k'aramar hauka da bukatar kadaici.
19. Yana sa yawan mantuwa.
20. Yana bude farjin mace.
Dama wasu wadanda banda lokacin kawosu.
Lallai duk abunda aka ce maka har an sami mas'ala a tsakanin malamai akace an haramta ko kake kokwanto mafi alkhairi shine ka barshi. Dukkan abunda zaka ga addini ya haneka to tabbas akwai matsalar da zai iya kawo ma ta bangarorin rayuwa da yawa.
