Amfani 9 na bawon ayaba ga lafiyar Dan Adam:




Bawon ayaba yana kunshe da arziki na sunadaran gina jiki (nutrients) da kuma masu sanya karfin jiki (carbohydrates). Akwai ire-iren sunadaran vitamin B6, vitamin B12, magnesium da kuma Potassium wadanda suke da alfanu daban-daban ga lafiyar jikin dan Adam.

Ga jerin hanyoyi 10 da bawon ayaba ke inganta lafiyar jikin dan Adam:

Ana amfani da bawon ayaba a matsayin abin ci, domin kuwa mutanen kasar Indiya sun gano cewar sanyawa dahuwar kaza bawon ayaba yana kara laushin tsokar ta kaza.

4. Waraka ga kurajen fuska:
