Amfanin mangwaro 🥭🥭🥭 ga mata masu juna biyu 🤰🤰🤰.

Mangwaro yana dauke da sinadaran vitamin da minerals masu yawa wadanda mace mai ciki ke bukata a lokacin da take dauke da juna biyu, domin karfafa jikinta da kuma kula da lafiyar abinda yake cikinta.

Amma ana bawa mace mai dauke da juna biyu shawarar kada ta ci mangwaro fiye da guda daya a rana.

Amfanin mangwaro ga mata masu juna biyu sun hada da:

■ Mangoro yana bawa mata masu dauke da juna biyu kariya daga karancin jini, saboda yana da wadataccen sinadarin iron sannan kuma yana ƙara yawan samar da red blood cells.

■ Mangoro yana taimakawa jaririn da yake cikin ciki yayi girma cikin koshin lafiya,
Saboda yana dauke da wadataccen sinadarin folic acid, wanda ke taimakawa wajen ci gaban girman jaririn da yake cikin cikin uwa.

Cin mangwaro a cikin watan farkon na daukar ciki abu ne mai muhimmanci da yake taimakawa wajen girman jijiyoyin sadarwa (nerves).

Mangwaro yana taimakawa mata masu ciki domin su kawar da matsalolin Cushewar ciki waɗanda mata masu juna biyu ke fama da shi sosai, saboda yana ɗauke da dietary fiber wanda ke taimakawa wajen inganta aikin tsarin narkewar abinci.

Ya kamata mata masu juna biyu su kula sannan kuma su sani cewa akwai mangwaro wanda yake bana dabi'a ba.

Mata masu juna biyu masu cin mangwaro wanda ya aka samar dashi ta hanyar da ba ta dabi'a ba na iya haifar da illa ga lafiyarsu da lafiyar abinda yake cikin cikin su.

Domin mangwaron yana dauke da wani sinadari mai suna calcium carbide, wato wani sinadari ne da ake amfani da shi wajen samar da dan itace ta hanyar da bata dabi'a ba (artificially), wanda hakan na iya karawa mai juna biyu da abinda yake cikin cikinta damar cudanya da sinadaran arsenic da phosphorus masu cutarwa.

Daga cikin hanyar da zata taimakawa wajen gujewa amfani da mangwaro wanda bana dabi'a ba shine, yin amfani da mangwaron acikin lokacin da kakarsa take ma'ana lokacin da muka sani na asali wanda acikin ake girbin mangwaro sannan kuma mu kauracewa amfani da mangwaro wanda ake samar dashi a bayan lokacin da kakar sa ta wuce.
