Magungunan Ciwon Ciki 9 Na Gargajiya:
1. Don samun sauki daga kowane irin ciwon ciki, za ku iya shan shayin lemun tsami. Sannan za’a iya kara zuma don dandano.
2. Domin saurin samun sauƙi daga ciwon ciki, a haɗa cokali ɗaya na ruwan ‘ya’yan itacen mint, cokali 1 na lemun tsami, ruwan ginger sannan a saka gishiri kaɗan a juya shi, sai a sha.
3. A fitar da ruwan ‘ya’yan itacen ƙaramin ginger ɗin da aka niƙa a shafa a ƙasa a ƙasan cikinki. Wannan zai ba da sauƙi daga ciwon ciki kuma shine maganin gargajiya mai tasiri.
4. Idan ciwon ciki ya samo asali ne daga olsa, acidity ko rashin narkewar abinci, za ku iya sha ruwan soda don samun sauƙi nan take.
5. A samu ruwan dumi 50ml sannan a zuba cokali biyu na lemun tsami da gram daya na gishiri. A rika shan wannan hadin sau uku a rana domin samun sauki daga ciwon ciki.
6. Shan ‘ya’yan carom da gishiri daidai gwargwado tare da ruwan dumi shima yana ba da sauki daga ciwon ciki.
7. Za a iya ɗaukar busasshiyar ginger, gasasshen tsaban cumin, coriander, asafetida/hing, barkono baƙi, busassun ganyen mint, tafarnuwa da gishiri ana iya niƙa tare. Ɗauki cokali ɗaya ko rabi na wannan cakuden tare da ruwan dumi.
Yawan ya bambanta dangane da tsananin zafi. Wannan ya kamata a sha bayan cin abinci sau biyu zuwa uku a rana.
8. Mata suna samun irin wannan ciwon a lokacin al’ada kuma ba da maganin zafin gida yana taimakawa wajen rage wannan zafin.
9. Haɗa cokali ɗaya na ruwan ginger tare da cokalin man castor guda ɗaya yana ba da sauƙi daga ciwon ciki kuma ana iya sha sau biyu a kullum.
