Ganyayyaki na gargajiya suna da babbar damar da za su iya ƙara gina muna jiki musamman idan muna yawan amfani da su a matsayin abinci. Abinci mai gina jiki shine ya kamata ya kasance abin da muka fi mai da hankalin mu akai a yau da gobe.
