Amfanin Ganyen Lansir Ga Lafiyar Jiki
Lansir ɗaya ne daga cikin ganyayyakin da wasu da yawa ke amfani da shi a fannoni da dama, musamman ma a tafasa shi a riƙa sha kamar Shayi, ko a yayyanka ganyen a sanya a abinci a riƙa ci da dai sauransu.
Wasu na amfani da shi ne kawai ba tare da sanin tarin amfanin da yake da shi a jikkunan da lafiyar mu ba.
Tabbas Lansir abu ne da yakamata mu ci gaba da amfani da shi, idan har kuma ba mu taɓa amfani da shi ba, ya kamata mu fara amfani da shi saboda bincike ya tabbatar kuma ya nuna cewa, ya na da matuƙar amfani a jikin mu da kuma lafiyar mu.
YADDA AKE AMFANI DA SHI:
🌿 Za'a samo ganyen lansir sai a wanke shi sosai a tsaftace shi sai a samo lemon tsami kaɗan a haɗa shi da ganyen Lansir ɗin, sai a zuba musu ruwa kofi Uku a ciki, a ɗora a kan wuta a bar shi ya kai mintuna Talatin sai a sauke kuma a tace, sai a sha kofi Biyu, tsakanin shan kofi na farko da na Biyu bar tazarar aƙalla mintuna Goma Sha Biyar.
A samo ganyen Lansir sai a tsaftace shi a cire duk wani ganye wanda ba kore ba a jikinsa, sai a yayyanka shi a zuba masa ruwa kimanin kofi Biyu sai a tafasa shi, idan yatafasa sai a sauke shi a bar shi ya yi mintuna Biyar, bayan ya huce sai a tace shi a riƙa shan kofi guda kullum da safe kafin a ci abinci.
A tsaftace kuma ayayyanka ganyen Lansir ɗin sai a sanya shi a tafasa da ruwa, sai a bar shi ya huce kuma a sanya shi a cikin wuri mai sanyi kamar firjin da tayadda zai yi sanyi ba sosai ba, sai a riƙa shan kofi guda da safe guda da yamma.
Ga Fa’idar Shan Waɗannan Haɗe-Haɗen Na Lansir
🌿 Ya na daidaita jinin al’ada da izinin Allah.
🌿 Ya na taimakawa masu fama da ciwon ƙoda da kuma Saifa.
🌿 Ya na magance duk wata matsalar da ke a mafitsara da izinin Allah, mace ce ke fama da ita ko namiji.
🌿 Ya na kyautata numfashin mutum kuma ya na taimakawa masu fama da ciwon Tari da Asthma (Asma).

Har kullum mu riƙa tabbatarwa da zuciyar mu cewar, magani sila ne na waraka amma ba shi da ikon warkarwa, Allah ne kaɗai mai iya warkar da wanda ya ga dama a duk lokacin da ya ga dama, shi kaɗai ne abin dogara ba maganin ba.
