Tsamiya na daya daga cikin dangin ‘ya’yan itatuwan da al’ummar Hausawa musamman a Najeriya da kuma mutanen birnin Sin ke amfani da su sosai a rayuwar su ta yau da kullum.
Ta na kunshe da sunadarai kamar haka: Magnesium, Potassium, Iron, Calcium, Phosphorus, Vitamin B1 (thiamin), Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), Vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), folate, vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), copper da kuma selenium.

Illolin amfani da tsamiya sun hadar da:
1. Tsamiya za ta iya haifar da illa ga masu ciwon sukari saboda tana rage adadin sukarin da ke cikin jini. Haka ma ga wadanda za a yi wa tiyata, ana so su dakatar da shan tsamiya akalla makonni biyu kafin a yi aikin tiyatar saboda wannan dalili.
2. Ga ramammu, yawan shan tsamiya na iya kara rama. Ga masu kiba kuwa za ta taimaka masu wajen rage kiba
