1- Ciwon Suga
Ganyen mangoro yana daidai ta suga, sabida yana dauke da sinadarai masu saka jiki ya saki insulin.
Ana iya jika ganyen magwaro a cikin ruwa ya kwana sai ayi amafani da shi yana taimaka wajen daidai ya suga.
Haka Kuma za'a iya barin sa ya bushe sannan a maida shi gari adinga amfani dashi domin daidai ta suga.
2- Hawan Jini
Kasancewar ganyar mangiro yana dauke da sinadaran vitamin hakan zaisa ya kona cholesterol mara amfani a jikin mutum, sannan ya daidai ta jinin mutum.
